That that your feeling,
Search your memory of it.
Did you feel it before?
Did you feel it
When in the past,
You said you were content?
Speak truth.
You did.
And all those moments
When you had everything,
Did you admonish yourself
That you did not value it?
Or did you move past that,
And feel instead
The infinite sadness
Of the new reason to be sad.
Press yourself.
You cannot be sad,
Unless you were happy
When things were good.
If you complained,
If you found fault,
Then you cannot blame
The present moment.
Who is to say
That this that you label tragedy
Is not the high crescendo
Of the rest of your life?
And who is to say
That you won't look back,
And treasure these moments
You look on now with great sadness?
You can't.
Don't.
Say about today,
That it is the best you can make it.
If you are being made to suffer,
Speak on it.
But if you always blaming
Something else,
Take ownership of you mood!
You can feel good,
Even in this, your darkest moment.
Take a load off,
Get comfortable in it.
It's a tragedy only
If it significantly changes your mood,
Yours is unmoved by these, the most tragic of events.
